- Submit to the manufacturer through electronic submission. If a claim is rejected - we correct it and re-submit the claim

- Offer comprehensive support and training for your staff
- Know what is covered by warranty (reimbursable) and what is not
ALSO:
- Ticket Review – we stay current on all manufacturers' policies and procedures. Notify Service Manager of discrepancies in claims.
- Training – we can provide training to the service manager and technicians on proper warranty procedures to ensure that you receive the most money for your claims and that the technicians get paid for the work performed.
Our Goals are:
- To recover money spent on the repair of vehicles in house in a timely manner.
- To recover money spent on the repair of vehicles in an outside shop in a timely manner.
- To communicate our knowledge of warranty to the fleet personnel for their better understanding of processing warranty and money they can collect on.
- To return back to the fleet all paid claims in an organized packet.
- To return to the fleet all unpaid and unprocessed claims with proper documentation of why they were not processed.
