  • Demonstrated expertise with DMS (Dealer Management Systems), Excel, and the Microsoft suite of products.
  • Strong Client Communication skills
  • Current Warranty Certified status through OEM training

  • Demonstrated high level of technical knowledge of OEM Policies and Procedures
  • Demonstrated expertise with DMS (Dealer Management Systems), Excel, and the Microsoft suite of products.  Comfortable building models and creating templates from inception.
  • Strong Client Communication skills.
  • Persistent problem-solving skills
  • Current Warranty Certified status through OEM training

  • Demonstrated SME (Subject Matter Expert) of OEM Policies and Procedures, OEM trained with current warranty certified status
  • Demonstrated expertise and ability to train multiple DMS (Dealer Management Systems)
  • Demonstrated expertise with Excel and the Microsoft suite of products. Must be comfortable building models and creating templates from inception.
  • Leadership abilities to assist the team with client communication and manufacturer audits.

  • Demonstrated leadership and training experience to operationally lead a team of administrators and manufacturer audits.
  • Demonstrated SME (Subject Matter Expert) of OEM Policies and Procedures, OEM trained with current warranty certified status.
  • Demonstrated expertise and ability to train all applicable DMS (Dealer Management Systems)
  • Demonstrated expertise with Excel and the Microsoft suite of products.
  • Strong communication skills for client management

  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with tangible results and impact
  • Demonstrated expertise with Excel, PowerPoint and the Microsoft suite of products. Must be comfortable building models and creating templates from inception
  • Strong communication skills for customer interviewing and client presentations
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, engineering or similar discipline from a top-tier undergraduate institution
