Mark joined WPC in 1995 and has led the Company in its growth and transformation from a small family-owned company to one recognized as an industry leader in automotive warranty processing services.
Mark has over 25 years’ experience leading operations and strategic change management, with a focus on building an inclusive and collaborative culture for clients and employees. Additionally, Mark has extensive experience leading operational and financial improvement activities for several multi-billion-dollar companies through his experience with FTI Consulting, Inc.
Mark earned his Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and his Bachelor of Science in finance and accounting from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Michelle Blair is a Regional Operations Manager at Warranty Processing Company, where she is responsible for developing an elite team of managers by providing guidance, coaching and management instruction. She is passionate about providing a smooth claims processing service to our clients.
She came on board in April of 2008 after spending 7 years of her career at a Ford dealership learning and working through the multitude of roles of the service department. Since starting, she has shown immense growth professionally with a work ethic that is one for the books.
Leading dealerships to an efficient and profitable warranty process is the motivation that drives Michelle’s executive leadership. That, combined with her strong belief that problems and challenges are just opportunities in disguise, her career effectiveness is one of repeated and continuous success. Michelle has a special talent for engaging personnel on all levels and driving through internal and external barriers to exceed objectives. Justin Carr is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and a strategic partner in the business. He began his career with Warranty Processing Company (WPC) in 1999. This longevity has allowed him to play a significant role in almost every aspect of the organization. He focuses on immense value for dealerships through his experience in business efficiency, organizational strategy, operations, and customer service.
Through his efforts he consistently impacts the growth of the company year after year. His commitment and dedication to success stems from the great relationships he has with his coworkers, clients and those he works with in the industry.
Before joining WPC, Justin went through a Merger and Acquisition with E.W Scripps Company and worked as their New Media Division Manager. Prior to that he served as a Veteran in the United States Air Force with the 653rd Medical Group.
Justin was born and raised in New Jersey. He graduated with honors from the University of Colorado, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Communications and a Technical Communications minor. He is married with 2 children, and enjoys spending time with his family, Ice Hockey, Tennis, and fitness.

He has been serving the automotive industry for over two decades and joined WPC in 2024. Jim’s primary responsibility is to oversee the processes related to performance in the automotive space that affects franchises worldwide. He is dedicated to ensuring that these processes are running efficiently in the constantly changing landscape of the industry. Before joining WPC, Jim worked as a national dealer performance coach and evaluator for JD Power, where he served over 200 franchises nationally per year. Prior to that, he spent more than 20 years as an employee with BMW, working in the franchise and consultant space. Jim is a California native, having been born and raised in Southern California, where he still resides. He is married and has three children. In his leisure time, he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, and relaxing on the beach.

Wendy began her automotive career after graduating high school. She worked in a local dealership as a teen and had no idea what the industry would later have in store. She now has 48 years of experience and has become a leading force in her position.
In early 2002, she relocated to Colorado from Texas with her husband and daughter. Although she hated leaving home, their relocation ultimately brought an amazing opportunity to join WPC. She started with the company as a warranty administrator. Wendy quickly demonstrated her abilities to gain extensive knowledge across numerous manufacturers. This led her to becoming the top producer for Warranty Processing for many years.
Her hard work, show of force attitude and commitment to the company opened the door for her to become a Regional Operations Manager. Stepping into that leadership role, she has hired trained and developed several managers for the company. It was evident how committed and loyal she is to WPC. Her knowledge, work ethic, and leadership skills have been instrumental in growing the company to where it is today.

Jeanne Ragar, Corporate Training Manager for Warranty Processing Company (WPC), is focused on designing, planning, and implementing training programs to enable our team’s delivery of exceptional service and support.
Jeanne has brought a wealth of 39 years’ experience in the automotive industry to WPC, and in the last 28 years since joining WPC, her on company achievements have been nothing short of significant.
Jeanne joined WPC in its infancy as a dedicated Warranty Administrator helping her clients get caught up and back on track. Jeanne then moved into Operational Management roles early in her career with WPC participating in building both the Warranty Administration department as well as the HR department.
In her Regional Operations Manager role, Jeanne recruited, trained, and developed numerous WPC administrators and managers. Jeanne derives the utmost satisfaction from assisting administrators and managers develop their careers with WPC. Her success in this role led to her promotion as Corporate Training Manager where she continues to provide training and development to new and existing employees interested in accelerating their career with WPC.
In her time away from the office, Jeanne is a Colorado native that enjoys an active lifestyle from biking, and standup paddleboarding, to scuba diving. Jeanne’s family lives in her vicinity so she feels fortunate to share these activities with them during her down time.

Louise is an HR Professional with 25 years of Human Resources Management, Contract Management, Project Management, and Operational Management experience in the airline and medical industries.
Louise was raised in Tokyo, Japan and Vancouver, British Columbia providing an international exposure and a love for foreign cultures and travel that she shares with her husband and 2 sons. She attended the University of British Columbia obtaining a BA in Economics and a BComm at the Sauder School of Business in Accounting.
