I will begin this by telling you that my preliminary opinion of WPC prior to signing up with them was skeptical. I am a 32 year dealership vet, with 26 of those years being in service management. Of those 26 years, I spent 10 of them wearing the extra hat of warranty administrator for multi-store ownership. I was skeptical, because I am of the VERY strong opinion that the dealer business is a relationship business. I believed wholeheartedly that my personal relationship with the men and women that worked for me were reliant on my hard efforts to get every dollar for them. My hard work for them, would produce their hard work for me. I did not believe that a faceless person on the other end of the computer would have that connection, and we would all suffer. The young lady that was assigned to me has tenfold proven me wrong. I can truthfully say that my best and most reliable employee doesn’t even work for me – she works for WPC.
